With great joy and deep emotion, I cordially welcome you to the Yumbel Virtual History Museum. This space, born from a love for our land and its rich history, seeks to be a bridge between the past and the present, so that together we can build a future full of meaning and pride.

This project is the result of a shared vision and a deep commitment to our identity. As the creator and director of this initiative, allow me to introduce myself: I am Marcelo Alejandro Hermosilla Henríquez, a social worker, cultural manager, and producer of Soyumbelino Producciones, an audiovisual production company dedicated to showcasing the history of Yumbel and its surrounding communities. I also have the honor of being the director of Radio Emmanuel, a space where we have shared so many stories and experiences.

My passion for the history of Yumbel has been shaped not only by my theological studies at the Catholic University of the Most Holy Conception and my experience as a computer engineering student, but also by an innate love for this land and its legacy. Every corner of Yumbel, every story passed down from generation to generation, holds a treasure worth preserving and sharing.

The museum's motto, "Explore the memory of Yumbel, building the future," encapsulates our mission. We want every visitor, from anywhere in the world, to connect with our history, our traditions, and our values. This virtual museum is an inclusive and accessible space, created so everyone can learn, reflect, and feel part of something bigger.
